Training & Development

Training is an important part of your experience at Ontario Place and it starts the moment you join our team. We encourage all team members to reach their full potential by providing them with extensive training on-line, in groups and one-on-one within their department. In addition to gaining knowledge and skills in the Hospitality industry, you will learn teamwork, time management, communication and customer service skills.
