Guest Services Pavilion
Guest Services Centre
Located just inside Centre Entrance, the Guest Services Centre offers information as well as ticketing services. Complimentary wheelchair rentals are available at this location on a first-come, first-serve basis. Photo ID and credit card imprint required. ATM also available.

Guest Services West
Located at the West Entrance, and next to Lot 1, the Guest Services West location offers ticketing service as well as knowledgeable staff to answer any questions you may have.
Park Hours
Ontario Place is generally open from May to September. Please confirm our exact hours of operation on our schedule.
Please note that hours are subject to change without notice. Rides and Attractions may close due to mechanical or weather-related conditions. Events and showtimes are subject to change, postponement, or cancellation. Please call Guest Services at 416-314-9900 to obtain the most up-to-date information.
Bringing your own food?
- Only water, baby food and young children’s snacks are permitted.
- Picnics are not permitted inside the park grounds.
- Please use the Picnic Area located east of our Centre Entrance.
- Food containers may be stored at the Guest Services Pavilion.

Guests with specific health conditions requiring insulated coolers or bags should bring this to the attention of the gate attendant. Our First Aid station can store medications that need to be refrigerated if they are correctly labelled, including the guest's name.
Ontario Place offers a variety of food and beverage choices conveniently located throughout the park.
In order to offer a wider variety of healthy, delicious foods we encourage our guests to support our food concessions.
To ensure your safety and security, Ontario Place reserves the right to inspect items such as backpacks, strollers, picnic baskets, hard and soft coolers.

Wheelchairs and Strollers
Wheelchairs
Available free of charge at Guest Services Centre on a first-come, first-serve basis (no reservations accepted). Photo ID and a credit card imprint is required for a refundable deposit upon returning the wheelchair. Ontario Place does not provide electric wheelchairs.
Ontario Place is committed to ensuring that all guests visiting Ontario Place are fully able to access and enjoy the site.
Strollers
At Ontario Place's Centre Gift Shop, guests are able to rent single or double child strollers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Prices for single strollers are $8 + HST, and $12 + HST for a double stroller. Please note that Photo ID and a credit card imprint is required for a refundable deposit upon returning rented strollers.
First Aid
Nursing and Baby Care Stations
Nursing Mothers are welcome to nurse their children anywhere throughout the park. A baby care station is located in the Arcade in the Go Zone (West Island). The First Aid Station can also be used as a baby care station, when available.

Please note that some of the concessions at Ontario Place, including Pizza Pizza, Chicken Chicken, Baskin Robbins, do not accept debit or credit transactions.
Lockers
There are two sets of lockers at Ontario Place which cost $2 per use and accept loonies only. They are conveniently located near the Centre Entrance (just past the Guest Services Centre), as well as next to the changing rooms at Froster™ Soak City.
Security
Lost and Found
If you have lost any personal items during your visit please proceed to the security office located at the West Entrance, or call directly at 416-314-9977. Any personal items found on Ontario Place grounds are brought to this location and can be picked up at any time during park hours.
Missing Person
Speak immediately to any Ontario Place staff person to ensure efficient and effective protocol is used in case of a search for a missing person.
To help avoid the potential complications of finding a lost child, Ontario Place offers guests a complimentary Park Smart Tracker. Parents, guardians, and caregivers are encouraged to write their 10-digit cell phone number on a "Park Smart Tracker" wristband available at any Guest Services location during park operating hours and by request for groups prior to arrival.
In case of accidental separation while on park grounds, the wearer should proceed to the nearest Ontario Place employee, who will contact the number on the wristband and advise the parent or guardian where their child is safely waiting.
Weather
In the case where Ontario Place is experiencing heavy rainfall and/or lightning, our outdoor attractions may be shut down to ensure the safety of all our guests. Please be assured that as weather conditions improve, Ontario Place will make every effort to reopen affected attractions in a timely and safe manner. Ontario Place is not able to offer a refund or pass for a future date.
Conditions of Entry
In the interest of safety and park cleanliness, Ontario Place maintains strict conditions of entry. Full conditions of entry are posted at Ontario Place entrances.

Adults are responsible for minors under their supervision.

Ontario Place does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

You must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings given by Ontario Place staff including the operators of any ride or device, without objection.
- All persons seeking entry to a ride, attraction, or event, must submit valid ticket or pass if applicable.
- Ontario Place reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the grounds.
The following items are not permitted on Ontario Place grounds:
Pets (except for working animals), coolers, scooters or motor assisted bikes, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, barbeques, kites, frisbees or other flying objects, outside alcoholic beverages.
Without express written consent, the following actions are not permitted on Ontario Place grounds:
Scalping tickets, posting signs or advertisements, recording performances, fishing, swimming, diving, vending or hawking, soliciting, or committing unlawful acts.
