Board of Directors
Ontario Place Corporation is a provincial government agency reporting to the Minister of Tourism and Culture.
The members of the corporation form and are its board of directors. The corporation consists of not fewer than seven and not more than 13 members appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council of whom one is a director of the Canadian National Exhibition Association. The Lieutenant Governor in Council designates one of the members to be chair and may designate one of the members to be vice-chair of the board. There are regular quarterly Board meetings.
